via Monica Burns Planning out the next couple of days preparations. Need to spread out the cooking a little to avoid exhaustion on Christmas Day! 😀 Menu for Christmas Eve BBQ HotDogs; Ham Biscuits; Cheese ball; Clam Chowder; Shrimp Dip Feta Cheese Pastries; Cream Puffs; Oysters; Dick Cavett Dip; Salmon Dip; Bacon Wraps; Mom’s Fruit Punch Christmas Morning will be — Belgian waffles, oysters, bacon, sausage, juice and cocoa Christmas Night dinner will be — Turkey, gravy, dressing, mashed potatoes, corn pudding, macaroni salad, green beans, carrots, sweet potatoes, homemade rolls, apple salad, apple pie and possible pecan pie. Not sure I’m going to attempt this again. Thanksgiving, it didn’t turn out too well. :/ Need to set the kitchen table for breakfast and the dining room table for dinner. Lots, lots, lots to do!! Thank goodness I’ve got Baby to help do most of the cooking. I’ll be supervising. 🙂 via Facebook
